Wisdumb Wares Trade Policy

Wisdumb Wares LLC accepts trade offers for Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including sealed items, graded cards, and raw singles.

Submitting a Trade Request

Customers must submit a trade request through the trade offer form. Please include:

  • The item you would like to receive
  • The item(s) you are offering for trade
  • In the subject line, include “TRADE OFFER”

Trade Evaluation

All trade offers are reviewed at the sole discretion of Wisdumb Wares LLC.

Accepted trade values are typically 60–75% of current market value, based on condition, demand, and liquidity.

Wisdumb Wares LLC reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any trade for any reason
  • Adjust trade value upon inspection

Agreement & Shipping

If a trade is accepted:

  • The requested item will be placed on hold for a limited time during the trade process
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
  • Customers must provide tracking information when shipping items

Wisdumb Wares LLC is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to our location.

Trade Processing Fee

A non-refundable trade processing and shipping fee may be required before sending items to Wisdumb Wares LLC.

This fee covers:

  • Trade inspection and verification
  • Packaging materials
  • Return shipping if a trade is declined
  • Shipping of approved trade items

Customers remain responsible for shipping costs associated with sending items to Wisdumb Wares LLC.

Inspection & Verification

All submitted items will be inspected for:

  • Condition accuracy
  • Authenticity

Wisdumb Wares LLC will record a video of the package opening, including the original shipping label, for documentation and transparency.

Counterfeit & Misrepresentation Policy

  • Any item determined to be counterfeit, altered, or misrepresented will result in the trade being automatically declined
  • Wisdumb Wares LLC reserves the right to refuse future trades from accounts submitting fraudulent items

Trade Outcome

  • If Accepted:

    Wisdumb Wares LLC will ship the agreed-upon item after verification is complete
  • If Declined:

    Items will be returned to the customer. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be provided

Condition Disputes

Final condition assessments are determined solely by Wisdumb Wares LLC.

By submitting a trade, the customer agrees to accept our evaluation as final.

Timeframes

Processing times may vary depending on volume. Wisdumb Wares LLC is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

Limitation of Liability

Wisdumb Wares LLC’s liability is limited to the agreed trade value of accepted items. We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Market fluctuations after trade agreement
